We can’t wait to host you at the Stash House; below are some commonly asked questions about Stash House events.

  • If you’ve signed up for a waitlist spot— you will be notified in order of waitlist signup in the case of a spot becoming available.

    If it is more than 48 before the class you will have 24 hours to respond if it 48 hours or less until the class starts you will have 2 hours to respond.

    We will contact you with a direct link to pay for the class via email.

  • Unless noted in the class description all supplies are included in Stash House Events.

    If you’d like to bring your own fabric, supplies or machine you are more than welcome!

  • Unless noted in the description or class title, all classes are hosted at The Stash House on 320 Avenue A in Turners Falls Ma.

  • We use google calendar for internal organization so you may receive a calendar request/ reminder about your event. We only use this to communicate between staff - so if you’d like to cancel your enrollment in a class or event you should shoot us an email at yourfriends@swansonsfabrics.com.

  • Classes with fewer than two people enrolled are subject to cancellation, in which case participants will receive 24-hour notice.

    Full refunds will be available if you withdraw from a class a week or more before the event OR If we cancel an event for any reason.

    Credit toward another event will be offered for those withdrawing from a class or event a week to 24 hours before or in the case of extenuating circumstances.

    No-shows or withdrawalsless than 24 hours before an event will result in a forfeit of the ticket price.
